Arrival in De Pere WI

When you arrive please check in with our friendly Chiropractic Assistant at the front desk. She will make a copy of any health insurance card you may have and will be sure that you are all set with your NEW PATIENT INTAKE PAPERWORK. You can either download our intake forms and have them filled out before you arrive or you can complete them upon arrival.

Chiropractic Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Dyrdahl to discuss your concerns and health goals. Our consultations are complimentary so we can determine if we can help you! After your consultation, Dr. Dyrdahl will perform a thorough exam to help diagnose and find the root cause of your issue.

Our facility is equipped with digital X-Ray. If deemed necessary, X-Rays may be taken to visualize the condition of your spine. “To see is to know, to not see is to guess.” (B.J. Palmer) We don’t guess when it comes to our patient’s health! This information will be used to plan and develop the best care plan specifically for YOU!

Conclusion

At the conclusion of your first visit, you will be scheduled to return for a second appointment. During this appointment, you will meet with Dr. Dyrdahl so he can explain his findings and recommend a plan to get you better as fast as possible.
